James brings over 20 years of experience in Operations, having worked at top-tier Investment Banks in London. Throughout his career, he has specialised in Middle Office operations, partnering with some of the world's largest Global Investment Managers.

In his most recent role, James spent 10 years overseeing offshore teams at one of the world's leading Custody banks. His responsibilities included managing service delivery in Middle Office functions, ensuring operational excellence for clients in the Investment Management space.

Now, as a key member of MWC Group, James applies his deep expertise to drive operational efficiency and enhance client services.

In his spare time he likes spending time with his cats and socialising with friends.
