James Sproats

James graduated from Liverpool University with a degree in Engineering and has since accrued nearly 40 years of invaluable experience. Beginning his career in UK markets as a regional manager for the Lincoln National Group, he later became a pioneer in offshore financial services, working with transient individuals and successfully building and managing consultant teams worldwide.

Following the merger between MWC Group and Alliance Partnership, which James founded in 2004, he continues to ensure seamless integration while developing highly competent financial advisors.
