Originally from Colombia, Paula Hernandez has been member of the Compliance team since September 2023. As a seasoned Business Administrator, Paula boasts over 10 years of experience in compliance across Colombia and various Latin American markets.

Having relocated to Malta in 2022, Paula has embarked on a journey to broaden her expertise in compliance within the European market. Her goal is to contribute her knowledge and experience to further enhance the initiatives of MWC Group.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Paula enjoys exploring new places through traveling, hiking and outdoor activities, immersing herself in the world of books and spending quality time with family and friends.
